The OPM AX+B amplifier series includes versatile DC-coupled RF amplifiers with high output. Among the product's highlights: Frequency range from DC up to 500MHz, output pulse-width down to 1ns, voltage swing up to 20V, output current up to 500mA, user control for gain and DC offset.
The products are offered in a compact enclosure - making them ideal for lab usage or as building blocks in systems.
The new product - OPM-LDb-5 is a state of the art compact LIDAR transmitter module. It includes features of 50A tunable peak current and tunable pulse-width from 1 to 5 nano-seconds. The module is powered by a single 12V power supply. The module is in production.
Each element of the array is a high-power laser diode, capable of producing optical pulses in the nano-seconds range. Size of the laser array is 5mm x 2mm.
The OPM-Controller card provides RS-232 or USB communication port. A friendly GUI software is offered too. In addition the card includes features of: A built-in trigger generator - 2.5KHz to 25MHz , an Extended DC bias current up to 300mA and Amplitude control
OPM has delivered recently a custom made pulser, supporting pulse rates up to 520MHz with tunable pulse width of 0.5ns to 2ns. The pulser includes an integrated laser diode.
A gain-switched version with pulse-width of less then 100ps is also available.
OPM released a 3A peak-current version of the OPM-LD-LIN module. The part number of the new module is OPM-LD-LIN-HC+.
The new module provides linear Electrical-to-Optical conversion up to peak current of 3A. Typical rise and fall times are 1.5ns. Usable duty cycle is 0 to 10%.
The new product is compatible with the OPM-AWG (arbitrary waveform generator) module and it can also be operated as a stand-alone module.

The OPM-LD-D1 has high transmission power with speed up to over 1Gb/s and it is capable of handling NRZ and other data patterns.

OPM has demonstrated peak power of 1.55W at 1064nm in its OPM-LDa-256 seeder product. The module incorporated a laser diode model LD-1064-PM-p1200 from Innolume.
The OPM-LDa-256 seeder generates pulsewidth in the range of 1ns to 256ns.
OPM presented in IFLA on advanced seeders for fiber lasers
The OPM-LD-ps product is in production now.
The OPM-LD-ps offers programmable pulse shape generation in a compact OEM module. Programming resolution is < 1ns.
Intuitive control software is also available.
New pulse-width capabilities of the OPM-LDa series:
Pulse generation with width of less than 100ps, using a 1064nm laser diode was demonstrated. Peak power is tunable in the hundreds-of-mW range and pulse frequencies up to tens of MHz.
